Stonemasons Hub
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Stonemasons Hub ("we") collects as little as possible. This page explains what we collect and why.
Who is responsible
The Stonemasons Hub team is responsible for the data you send through this site. Any member of the team can handle a privacy request on the team's behalf — just message any of us on our Discord.
What we collect
When you send a request through our form, we receive:
- Your Discord username (we don't ask for your email)
- Your request text and choices: play mode, region, faction and realm type
- Your browser's timezone and language, which are sent automatically
- If you arrived through a partner's link, that partner's short code, so we know who recommended us
While you write your request, a draft is saved only in your own browser (localStorage) until you send it. We can't see the draft, and you can clear it any time from your browser.
A partner code, if you have one, is also kept only in your browser for up to 30 days and is sent to us together with your request. It's never used for tracking or ads.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and, if you accept a quote, to deliver the service. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use it for marketing.
Legal basis
- Taking steps you ask for before an agreement (answering your request and preparing a quote), and then carrying out that agreement.
- Our legitimate interest in running and protecting our service.
Where it goes
Your request takes a short path:
- This website — hosted on Railway, which passes your request on without storing it.
- Our private Discord server — where the request is delivered.
- Our team — only team members can read it there, and we talk with you on Discord.
Nobody else receives your data. Discord's own privacy policy applies to anything you share on Discord.
Cookies and third parties
- No tracking cookies and no ads.
- Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading our site makes no calls to Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
There's no fixed deadline. We keep your request for as long as it's useful for serving you — answering it, delivering what you ordered, handling refunds or questions, and remembering what you asked for if you come back. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it (objection)
Just ask on Discord: our Discord. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our service is meant for people 18 or older, or younger players with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you think a child sent us data without permission, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
